SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lg. sweet potatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 can Carnation milk
1 c. raisins
Lg. marshmallows

Cook potatoes until nice and soft; drain most of water; whip. Add butter and milk. Add brown sugar and raisins to fluffy potatoes. Place in large casserole. Cover, top with marshmallows and bake in preheated 350 degree oven only until marshmallows melt.
