SWEDISH CHRISTMAS COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sifted flour 1 c. finely chopped nuts (pecans are best) Powdered sugar Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and mix well. Add the flour and nuts, blending together well. Roll in small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven, roll the small cookies in powdered sugar until they are well covered. This takes 5-10 minutes. |
