CLUB SPINACH 
3 pkgs. frozen spinach
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 strips bacon
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Combine cooked drained spinach with enough butter to coat. Add spices, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Spread in dish. Cover with bread crumbs and another 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Put bacon strips on top and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese turns brown. Yield: 10 servings.
