RHUBARB PIE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. melted butter
Pinch of nutmeg
3 c. diced rhubarb

Mix together, adding 3 cups rhubarb last. Put in pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter into crumbs and spread on pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
