RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
Butter, size of walnut
Crust for 2-crust pie

Mix flour and sugar. Sprinkle part of mixture in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Add rhubarb. Add rest of flour and sugar mixture. Dot with butter. Cover with full crust or strips of pastry. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees until crust is brown and pie is bubbly.
