CRAB CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. white crab meat 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 1/2 pt. cream 1/2 c. dry sherry 1 c. sharp grated cheese Salt & pepper to taste Make a cream sauce with the butter, flour and cream. Add salt, pepper and sherry. Remove from heat and add crab meat. Pour mixture into casserole, mix in cheese and bake in 350 degree oven until hot about 30 minutes. |
