CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. white sauce
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. crab meat
2 tbsp. butter
Cracker crumbs
Sherry to taste (optional)

Add cheese to hot white sauce. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Gradually add eggs, add crab meat; pour into casserole. Mix butter and cracker crumbs, sprinkle over casserole. Bake in medium oven for 30 minutes.
