CRAB CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 med. diced onion
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 can crab meat
Salt, pepper and celery salt to taste
1 1/3 c. milk
Crushed Corn Flakes
Paprika

Melt butter, onion and green pepper (do not brown). Combine rice, pimento, cheese and crab meat. Add salt, pepper, celery salt to taste and milk. Sprinkle Corn Flakes and paprika on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not use liquid as crab meat is flaked.
