SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) can tomato juice
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 c. crab meat fresh, frozen or canned
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. minced onion
1 lb. shrimp, frozen

Prepare shrimp according to package directions. Simmer 5 minutes.

Mix all ingredients. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes longer.
