SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 c. shrimp, peeled
8 oz. pkg. green spinach noodles
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped chives
4 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 c. cheese
Butter
Garlic salt

Saute shrimp in butter and garlic salt for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook noodles, place noodles in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Put shrimp on top of noodles. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, soup, chives, sherry and pour over shrimp and noodles. Put grated cheese on top and cook 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
