SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 c. shrimp, frozen or precooked
7 oz. can crab meat
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 sm. jar mayonnaise, or tomato sauce
Sm. box minute rice

Mix and sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over rice.
