PEACH COBBLER 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
12 oz. can of peaches, well drained
1 c. sugar

Combine butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time; add lemon peel, powder and flour; put in greased pan. Top with peaches.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

Mix together. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
