FISH - N - BOATS 
1 can tuna, drained (6 oz.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
2 lg. French rolls, 6" long
1 slice American cheese & 1/2 c. shredded
2 olives, sliced

1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery and relish in mixing bowl; stir well with fork; set aside.

2. Place 1 French roll on cutting board, carefully cut a thin slice lengthwise off the top of roll.

3. With your fingers, hollow out the rolls by removing some of the soft break, leave about 1/2 inch shell.

4. Place boats on a 10 x 15 inch baking sheet. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese into each boat (roll).

5. Fill the boars with tuna mixture. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.

6. Broil until cheese is melted.

7. Cut the slice of cheese diagonally.
