OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts halves, skinned
18 saltine crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
3/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, basil, celery seed, onion powder, oregano, paprika, and salt in bowl. Dip chicken in evaporated milk and then coat with crumb mixture. Place in lightly greased shallow roasting pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Brush with oil and bake 10 minutes longer.
