PARMESAN OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. Italian reduced calorie salad dressing
Pam

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and garlic, pepper. Set aside. Dip chicken in salad dressing and roll in bread crumbs mixture. Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with Pam. Place chicken, bone side down, in pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6 servings.
