CHICKEN, HERBED | |
2 whole chicken breasts, split (2 lbs.) Vegetable cooking spray 1/8 tsp. dried thyme or rosemary 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can Campbell's condensed Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water Remove skin from chicken. Spray 12 x 8 inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Arrange chicken, breast side up in a dish. Sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Combine soup and water. Spoon over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Remove foil halfway through cooking. Stir sauce before serving. Makes 4 servings. |
