CHICKEN IN A CROCKPOT 
4 chicken breasts, without skin
4 c. Lo Vegetables
2 c. Hi Vegetables
Sauce

Put both vegetables into crockpot. Place chicken over them. Pour sauce over; cover and cook 6-8 hours on low.

SAUCE 1:

Salt
Pepper
Rosemary leaves
1 c. wine vinegar
1 c. water

SAUCE 2:

Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water

SAUCE 3:

2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. vinegar
A handful of fresh parsley or 2 tbsp. dry parsley

VEGETABLE COMBINATION SUGGESTIONS:

1. 4 cups cabbage and 2 cups carrots.

2. 4 cups spinach and 2 cups onions.

3. 4 cups mushrooms and 2 cups eggplant.
