SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs
6 tbsp. grated Cheddar

Combine spinach, onion, beef, eggs, seasonings and cheese. Blend well and shape into small balls. Roll in flour and brown in oil.

SAUCE:

12 tbsp. vinegar
12 tbsp. catsup
12 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/3 c. brown sugar

Heat all ingredients to a boil. Pour over meat balls.
