SCHAUT FAMILY BAKED BEANS 
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can baked beans, undrained
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can butter beans, drained
1 lb. bacon
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 onions, sliced in rings
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Fry bacon until crisp. Set aside. Fry garlic and onions until glossy. Add vinegar, brown sugar, catsup, and mustard. Stir. Crumble bacon. Add to onion mixture along with all beans. Stir well. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Cover if lots of juice is desired; otherwise, bake uncovered. Stir before serving. Yum!
