1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. baking soda

Chill well. Roll in small balls and bake 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. OR you can flatten balls down with a fork when on cookie sheet before baking. Very good.
