SALMON PATTIES OR LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
3 slices bread crumbled
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. each salt and dill
Dash of pepper

Drain salmon, reserve 2 tablespoons liquid if needed. Combine all ingredients, mix well. If patties coat with flour, fry in oil. If loaf, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
