HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken (pieces)
Salt & pepper
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 c. white vinegar
2 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. dry minced onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Salt and pepper chicken and bake on cookie sheet 45 minutes at 425 degrees. Combine rest of ingredients and cook in saucepan until thick and glossy. Put chicken in a deep covered dish and pour pineapple mixture over it. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes more.
