GORKY'S BEET CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all together. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend and add to the first mixture. Add 3 cups shredded cooked beets and 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in 13 x 9 inch pan for 35-45 minutes or Bundt pan 45-50 minutes. Frost as desired.
