1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
16 oz. drained crushed pineapple
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
4 to 5 apples, chopped

Beat the butter, egg and powdered sugar for 2 minutes. Then add Cool Whip, pineapple and chopped peanuts. Stir in chopped apples.
