1 pkg. sugar-free/fat-free instant butterscotch pudding
1 c. crushed pineapple in juice
1 pkg. fat-free (8 oz.) Cool Whip
4 medium apples, cut fine (unpeeled)
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Mix dry pudding with pineapple. Stir in Cool Whip. Add apples and nuts; mix.
