QUILTER'S BREW 
9 c. water
9 sm. tea bags with paper tags removed
12 to 14 whole allspice
8 whole cloves
Peel from 1/2 orange, cut into small strips
2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey

Pour 9 cups water into a 12 cup percolator. Combine next 4 ingredients in percolator basket. Perk through complete cycle of electric percolator. When percolating is completed, remove the basket. Add the remaining ingredients to tea mixture; stir. Heat thoroughly. Yield: 13 cups.
