1 (3.5 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. catsup
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
1 sm. can mushrooms, diced

Melt butter; saute onion and green pepper. Add soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat slowly and stir in beef, cut into small pieces. Add cheese and mushrooms. Serve with Fritos or corn chips.
