OLD WITCH'S NUT CAKE 
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can solid-pack pumpkin
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

Beat eggs, pumpkin, oil and water. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, spices, raisins, and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice or vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar (or whatever needed)

Spread frosting on cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
