CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cracker crumbs, soaked in milk for 10 minutes
Louisiana Fish Fry's
Cajun seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. powdered onions
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Pour lemon juice over crabmeat. Add all other ingredients and toss lightly. Place in greased casserole or individual shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
