SHRIMP AND CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
1 c. celery, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Very simple and very tasty.
