1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. pumpkin, cooked
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash salt
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix well and spread over the bottom of a 9-inch pie shell.

Combine pumpkin, 3/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Mix well. Add 2 slightly beaten eggs to 1 cup evaporated milk to pumpkin mixture. Pour pumpkin mixture over the cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes.
