3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. rye flour
1 c. corn meal
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. dry milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast
1 pt. chicken broth
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk

Mix all ingredients, except egg and milk, until stiff. Knead on floured board for 3 minutes. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Use a cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg and milk. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand in the oven overnight.
