BARBEQUED MEAT BALLS 
3 lb. ground meat
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. oats
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onion

To make meat balls, combine all ingredient.s Mixture will be soft. Shape into walnut sized balls. Place meat in single layer on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze until solid. Store in freezer bag until ready to use.

To make sauce, combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place meat balls in 13x9-inch baking pan. Pour on the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 80 meat balls.
