CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Set Power Select at High. In 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine sugar, butter and milk. Heat 9 to 10 1/2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, stirring twice. Add remaining ingredients and stir until chocolate is melted. Turn into well greased oblong baking dish. Cool. Cut into squares to serve. Variation: For butterscotch fudge, use 1 (12 oz.) package butterscotch pieces.
