1 bar German chocolate, grated
4 eggs
6 oz. chocolate chips
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Bake approximately 1 hour in a bundt pan at 350 degrees.
