1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Juice from 1 can of mandarin oranges

Mix and fold in can of cut up oranges and 1 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. Cool Whip, fold in with fork
1 lg. instant pudding mix
1 med. can crushed pineapple
