"BIG BURGER" 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 bag onion rings
2 pkgs. cream cheese
Black olives
1/2 c. catsup
Salt and pepper

Mix hamburger and catsup in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper. Divide hamburger into 2 balls the same size.

Put first ball into a cookie sheet and form into a large hamburger. Soften cream cheese in a smaller bowl. Then spread on top of hamburger. Spread onion rings on top of the cream cheese, put olives inside of onion rings. Cover with the other hamburger and seal to the other hamburger. Cook in moderate oven for one hour. Serves 6-8.
