PIZZA BURGERS 
Mix 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. To this mixture add 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup chopped ripe olives, 1/4 cup prepared pizza sauce and 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried.

Cook outdoors and top cooked burgers with more pizza sauce, strips of Mozzarella, olives and basil.

TIP: Add sauce and cheese about 3 minutes before burgers are finished cooking.
