1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
8-10 slices bread
7 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk

Melt one stick butter in 9x13 inch pan. Add 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well. Cover with 2 layers of bread slices.

Beat 7 eggs and 1 1/4 cups of milk. Add a dash of salt. Pour over bread slices. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Uncover and bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes or more. Cut in spears and invert on platter to serve.
