BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
3 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
bread

Beat first three ingredients together and set aside, Melt butter and add brown sugar. Place butter and brown sugar in bottom of pan. Cut bread in 3/4 slices and dip in egg mixture and lay over butter mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and let set over night. (optional). Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, baked side up.

Tastes great! Definitely soggy, but that's okay...you could bake it longer I suppose. Also, the egg mixture is way too much unless you make two pans...so you need to do the butter and brown sugar twice. And that should be enough for 3 adults.
