EASY FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf Texas style sliced bread (or French bread)
6 eggs
1/4 c. cream (or milk)
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. Dip bread slices into egg mixture until well soaked. In a separate bowl, melt butter and mix with brown sugar. In a large baking pan (9 x 13 inch), pour 1/2 brown sugar mixture into pan to cover bottom. Add prepared bread and pour remaining brown sugar mixture over top of bread. Bake for 35 minutes (checking occasionally) at 350 degrees. Toast is now ready to serve syrup and all.
