CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell

Bake pastry shell at 350°F for 5 minutes. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. Spoon egg mixture evenly into pastry.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
