2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2/3 c. (packed) brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 #2 can sliced pineapples, drained
Miniature marshmallows

Combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, orange juice, pumpkin pie spice, pecans and raisins; mix well. Place pineapple slices in 9 x 12 inch baking dish; mound 1/3 cup mixture on each pineapple ring. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake 5 minutes longer. Yield 10 servings.
