SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg or 2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. oatmeal
Salt (optional)
Pepper
Ginger
2 pkgs. Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple

Mix first 6 ingredients and make into small meatballs. Brown and drain well. Put 2 cups water, can of pineapple chunks and juice and 2 packages Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix in a saucepan and cook until thick, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour over meatballs and keep warm. May be used as a main dish or as an appetizer.
