SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. fine dry crumbs
1/8 c. sesame seeds, toasted
Dash of MSG (optional)
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 sm. onion, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. salad oil

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Combine beef, crumbs, onion, egg, sesame seeds, salt, MSG and pepper. Shape meat mixture into balls putting a chunk of pineapple in the center of each meatball.

Heat oil in skillet, saute meatballs a few at a time, browning well on all sides. Cover and cook on low heat until meatballs are done (few minutes).

While meatballs are cooking, make Sweet & Sour Sauce in small pan, cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. (Pineapple chunks may be added to sauce, if desired.) Pour sauce over meatballs. Serve. Serves 4.
