SWEET SOUR MEATBALLS - PORK 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Mix ingredients; shape into 20 (1 1/2") meatballs. Fry over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown (20 minutes). Add meatballs to sauce.

PORK:

1 1/2 lbs. pork, cut into 1" cubes
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. cornstarch

Marinate overnight in above (except cornstarch, use only 4 tablespoons). Fry in deep fat at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Dredge in remaining cornstarch before frying. Add meat to sauce.

SAUCE:

1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits
1-2 tomatoes, skinned
2 slices fried onion (fry with meat)
1/2 tsp. parsley
6 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. water
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
