PINEAPPLE PORK MEATBALLS 
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 lb. pork sausage
1/3 c. oats
1 egg

Cook first 5 ingredients on medium to low heat until thick. Let stand.

Mix sausage, oats, egg and shape into balls. Brown slowly, turn, brown other side. Let cook, covered, for few minutes. Mix with pineapple mix and serve over rice.

The pineapple mix sticks easily to pan, so please keep an eye on it!
