REFRIGERATOR BRAN ROLLS 
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. bran
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 c. cold water
6 c. flour
2 eggs
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. oil

Pour boiling water over sugar, salt, bran, shortening, and butter; mix well. Add cold water and 2 cups flour. Beat well and add eggs. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to mixture. Add 4 cups flour and stir well.

Pour oil over top of dough and cover with plastic wrap. Chill well. Roll dough out 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and place in a well-greased pan, folding rolls in half. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
