PEPPER CHOPS 
4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2-inch thick)
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Coat chops with pepper and thyme. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops; cook to brown on one side, 3 minutes, and turn to brown on other side. Remove chops from skillet. Keep warm. Add Worcestershire sauce to hot pan. Stir constantly to blend pan juices. Pour pan juices over chops and serve immediately.

Serves 4.
