PORK CHOP AND POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
3 large potatoes, thinly sliced (skin on)
2 onions, thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Brown pork chops in skillet. Layer potatoes, onions and pork chops in greased baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Cover with mixture of soup, Worcestershire sauce and milk.

Bake, covered, at 375°F for 45 minutes, until chops are very tender.

Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
